Sports strapping tape is a more rigid type of tape specially designed to help stabilise joints during intense activities. Sports strapping tapes are also designed for comfort, reliability and maximum support. Every sports first aid kit should contain sports strapping tape. We also recommend including this tape in workplace first aid kits where wear and tear on joints and/or repetitive movements are common.
