Domestic Shipping Policy - We currently only ship to New Zealand addresses

Processing time framesWe aim to process orders received through our website within 1-2 business days unless the order has fraud indicators, our business is subjected to events beyond our control, there was an error in our inventory system or the item is on back-order from our supplier/s. Where an order flags Shopify's fraud indicators we will perform multiple checks (including but not limited to, attempting to contact the person who placed the order) before fulfilling or cancelling the order. Fraud indicators may result in delays in processing your order. Items that are on back order will be shipped as soon as they become available. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are determined by where your item is being delivered to and is specified by the courier service. For locations determined to be rural by the courier service we charge a flat rate of $18 and urban areas are $9.00. Should you chose the incorrect option we reserve the right to recover the additional costs from you. Failure to pay the additional costs may result in debt collection services being engaged. Any costs associated with the recovery of the additional fee will be incurred by the customer as stated on the order. Orders over $140 do not incur any delivery fees so long as the applicable promotion code is input at the time of the order.

Delivery time frames Once orders have been processed, please allow a further 3-5 business days for delivery. Please note however, we have no control over the time frame for delivery as these are determined by the couriers. 3-5 business days is what we have found to be the average time to deliver to urban areas. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for rural addresses.

Tracking All orders are tracked and must be signed for upon delivery. You will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number once the courier has been booked.

Shipping location Most items ship directly from our Dunedin office. Some items may ship directly from our warehouse in Wanganui. Pick-ups are not available

Festive season break we work hard throughout the year and close the week prior to Christmas to give our team a well earned rest. Depending on the fall of the calendar, we reopen the Monday of the second or third week in January. Any orders placed during the holiday period will be sent as soon as we re-open for business.
