Instant Ice Packs

Contained in a handy single-use packet, our instant ice packs can be used to reduce swelling, bruising and inflammation for the first 48 hours after an injury or to help reduce fever when feeling unwell.

You squeeze the internal bladder and shake the packet to activate the active ingredients. There is no need to freeze the ice pack bag, which means they are perfect for first aid kits and locations where access to a freezer is problematic.
